  I have been using Ponderosa Pest Control for several years. When I call, they always take the time to listen to what I need and explain my options to me. They give a 2-hour window of when they will arrive and today the man messaged me when he was 10 minutes away, which allowed me to organise my pets just before he arrived. I have always found all of the staff to be very polite and helpful and I intend to continue using Ponderosa for many years to come.

  I did an online call back request to Ponderosa on Tuesday morning got a callback so fast, had Tamsin contact me and was very friendly and knowledgeable answered all my questions and was efficient at getting me booked in as soon as possible knowing my concerns around our cockroach problem, she had my service booked in for the very next day after offering me choices in times and days that suited me, Tamsin made it clear what was needed to be done in preparation for the service and also sent a text message after our phone call ended to re-clarify these details including an estimated timeframe for arrival, I then received a message the morning of service advising me that Ray was 20 minutes away from arriving which was great so I could prepare for him to get here, not only was Ray on time he was also very knowledgeable and friendly and we were having a great chat along the way talking all things roaches and family, as with any service like this you have your doubts if it will actually work, however my doubts we soon put to rest.
  
  Ray started the service by powdering our roof, not even 5 minutes later the results were clear and this stuff was working we had cockroaches coming out and dying right in front of us and I knew then this was going to be a service I wasn’t going to regret, and it only continued, by the end of the extermination I had seen endless roaches coming out to die inside and out and also spiders, Ray was thorough and went wherever was available for him to get understanding and avoiding areas like my child’s bedroom where he was sleeping.
  
  I was also reassured by both Tamsin and Ray that there was a 3 month warranty so if activity didn’t seem like it was slowing after 6 weeks I could call and let them know and a second spray would be carried out at no extra cost, I’m praying that this is not the case based on what I’ve seen so far but it’s always reassuring to know this is available if things don’t get better in the next three months.
  
  I will definitely be recommending Ponderosa to family and friends and will definitely be calling them back for maintenance sprays in the future, such an easy efficient stress free service!

  Always on time and they text to let you know they’re on their way. Staff are always friendly and professional and the general pest control always supersedes the time it is guaranteed to remain effective. Highly recommend.

  Big Thank you to Nathan at Ponderosa Pest Control. Called them Friday regarding a Wasp issue in a air vent and they were coming in inside the house. They came out on Saturday lunch time the next day. The next day we have seen no Wasps at all! The nest was in a hard spot in the wall with little access.
  
  Top notch service!
